Join local Indigenous community members and the John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights (JHC) for a vital gathering dedicated to addressing Indigenous-specific racism and the harms produced through healthcare systems in and around Thompson, MB.
This forum is a sacred space to honour the lived experiences of Indigenous peoples and their loved ones, to strengthen our collective capacity for accountability and justice through community-led action.

10:00 am | Opening & Grounding: Ceremony and prayers to ground our work spiritually and collectively.
12:00 pm | Simple Lunch: A shared meal for all community members.
1:00 pm | Community Forum & Action Planning: A space to share personal experiences, document issues of racism, and contextualize present-day challenges.
4:00 pm | Mapping the Path: Identifying key stakeholders and next steps for sustained anti-racism advocacy.
5:00 pm | Community Feast: Celebrating our collective strength.
