Stonewall Community Forum -Beyond Welcome Re-Imagining Safety and Inclusion

We are currently facing alarming levels of violence against trans individuals and the 2SLGBTlQ+ community, alongside systemic and racial attacks targeting LGBTQ refugees and newcomers. “I have dedicated my time to creating environments in which our communities can not only survive but thrive. This effort has been a commitment of mine for over a decade.” Adebayo Katiiti

Transgender and gender-diverse communities have encountered profound challenges within the non-profit sector, and it is crucial that we collaborate to reimagine safety and inclusivity for this demographic. We invite you to join us on June 27, 2025, as we explore how systemic exclusion and transphobia manifest in our non-profit spaces. Together, we can develop supportive platforms and more inclusive systems that are rooted in dignity and belonging for our community. Our hearts are heavy, and the time for action is now.

The Stonewall Community Forum will take place on June 27, from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Ortona location, followed by a gathering for further discussions.

Please RSVP on Eventbrite or email us at info@jhcentre.org
