One gap in community advocacy that was identified by volunteers supporting the Food Security and Food Justice Ecosystem of Edmonton (FSFJE) project is difficulty in navigating the City of Edmonton website and City Council calendars. Join us for a free virtual learning session where we will explore practical ways communities can engage with municipal systems and decision‑making. 

Presenters from the City of Edmonton will provide an overview of the role and scope of the City and Council's responsibilities, provide an hands-on demonstration of how to find and interpret the City of Edmonton's website, City Council calendars, and provide examples of how to engage with municipal decision-making.
