YEG Dignity: Fresh Air Outdoor Performance Fund
Introducing Fresh Air, a fund to support Edmonton’s live music and comedy community, while lifting our collective spirits.
These are challenging times. Mental health, community wellness and connectivity are more important than ever. It’s been particularly tough time for performance artists of all kinds, so we hope this fund will encourage levity, while uplifting our vital local arts scene, and our hearts.
YOU host a small music or comedy show in your backyard (front porch, etc.) and JHC will pay the artist fees*.
Open to Edmonton-area residents until August 31, 2020.
How to Apply?
Fill out the Google Form.
(*Optional) Email wen@jhcentre.org a 30 sec voice recording telling us: “How do the arts contribute to dignity and positivity in our community/city?”
*Up to $500 available per show.
Masks Encouraged.
Small, physically distanced gatherings only.
