Dialogues on Racism is a 4 session/4 week dialogue program delivered in the school environment. Groups of diverse youth, 12-16, engage in discussions on racism and discrimination to break down barriers of prejudice and foster common understandings.
While this workshop can be delivered by the John Humphrey Centre, the best approach involves utilizing the trained youth from John Humphrey Centre programs to facilitate these dialogues. Youth facilitating youth dialogues creates a comfortable space, fostering a safe atmosphere for genuine discussions on racism and discrimination.
